Infosys Limited is conducting a recruitment drive at NRI Group of Institutions, BHOPAL for the position of Finance and Accounts Associate on 7th May 2014. 9.00 AM. Job Role - Finance and Accounts Associate
Job Description:
a) Execute transactions as per the prescribed guidelines and timelines such as verifying documents, processing requests, analysis of data, responding to emails and queries etc.
b) Should be able to speak and understand English, read and comprehend emails in English.
c) Execute client transactions verify basic information and close customer query etc.
d) Delivers on new process approach to meet client/ internal goals.
Basic Knowledge Requirement
a. Good knowledge of Accounts
b. Understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Entry
c. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reconciliation
d. Familiarity with SAP or any ERP would be given preference.
e. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel
Eligiblity Criteria
a. Graduation and Post-Graduation in Finance only(BCOM,BBA,MCOM,MBA,MA)
b. Good Communication skill
c. Candidate with minimum 0-2 year of experience
e. Salary Range – 12000 (Freshers) to 15000
f. Analytical and problem solving.

1. Essay Writing (Ability to write good one page essay...Topics –my friends wedding, advantage of facebook ,Customer Services, Global warming, Indian Politics in Sports ,Importance of Education)
2. Aptitute Test (basic test checking your knowledge on maths, logical reasoning, computer, English)
3. HR interview (preparation topic – your introduction, Why you want to Join Infosys, Long term career plan etc.)
4. Technical Interview (telephonic interview checking your knowledge on finance)
