L&T eligibility criteria
Eligible Courses :
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
- CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, E&E, EI
- Year of Passing: 2014 batch
- 60% in 10,10+2 (Should have cleared in the first attempt)
- 60% in 10,10+2, Graduation
- Upto 4 Backlog/ATKT allowed (at the time of process)
- Max 1 year gap in education
-Age not more than 24 for BE graduates
-Age not more than 26 for Mtech/MCA
Package: Approx Rs.3 lac p.a
Very Important Note :
- At the time of joining all selected candidates must be 60% throughout and no backlog
- All documents will be checked at the time of process
- Student must ensure that his college is AICTE approved.
- Student must ensure that at least 3 batches for all participating branches (trade) must have passed out.
- Students who already participated in last six months in companys process anywhere are not eligible.
- You must Understand the detailed eligibility criteria prior to registration.
* Anyone not adhering to above conditions is strictly not allowed to appear in the drive
Note: BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech / MCA Candidates -
(i) Diploma marks should be treated as separate and not to be included while calculating the graduation
percentage.
(ii) All courses should be completed within the stipulated duration e.g. BE/B.Tech-4 years (after HSC),
ME/Mtech-2 years and Diploma/MCA-3 years
The process will consist of :
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Pre-placement Talk
3. Group Discussion
4. Paragraph writing
5. Profile and Functional Interview
* Each round of assessment will be an elimination round.
The candidates must carry (mandatory) :
# Updated Resume – 2 to 3 Copies
# Government Photo ID Proof (Passport/PAN-Card/Voter-ID/Driving-License)
# Passport Size Photographs – 3 to 4
# College ID Card
* Candidate clearing initial rounds would have to stretch a bit on the first day evening to ensure maximum
completion of the process. Lot of patience required.
