JOB DESCRIBTION :
He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online resolution.
: Incumbent should be open for 24*7 work schedule.
: Candidates must possess good English communication skills and telephone etiquette.

SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Basic Technical knowledge of PC's
- Basic knowledge of Internet and Networking.
- Basic technical knowledge of windows operating systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
